In a group
An eight-week experiential group to cultivate our capacity for embodiment and self-connection — with embodied meditation practice and instruction. Good for new and experienced meditators alike, and for anyone wanting more access to their bodies and hearts.
An eight-week somatic group
Through the felt sense of our bodies, we can be open and sympathetic to our experience. In this eight-week experiential group, we explore how the felt or lived experience of the body allows us to open to our natural sense of ease, grounding, and belonging — so essential to meditation practice and to the discovery of our essential nature.
We practice listening to our bodies and paying close attention to physical sensation, cultivating a deep embodied presence. This gives us tools to work with our obstacles and disconnection by bringing us to a more accepting, loving, and trusting sense of ourselves. Over time, this integrative work leads us to a sacred presence within — helping us cultivate kindness and gentleness, showing us we can meet all of our experience: pleasurable, painful, with openness, presence, and curiosity.
A day-long experiential workshop
In this experiential workshop, we practice listening to our bodies and paying close attention to physical sensation. We cultivate a deep embodied presence through inner awareness, bringing us to a surprisingly grounded and centered meditation practice — one that feels more supportive, relaxed, and friendly.
As we stay present to our felt, lived experience, we gain new tools and resources to work with our obstacles: the disconnection from ourselves that becomes the source of anxiety, physical and emotional pain, discursive mind, and chronic tension. We develop the capacity to be more self-loving and self-connected. The goal: a settled mind and a full, open connection to our inherent richness of experience.
“Through the felt sense of our bodies, we can be open and sympathetic to our experience.”
